Aquarium Theater Clear Glass Water Carafe

A cylindrical borosilicate glass carafe that doubles as a tiny terrarium: a lavender-tinted fish figurine stands suspended inside the clear body on a near-invisible glass stem, appearing to swim in midair the moment water fills the vessel. The stopper continues the narrative — a white cat figurine perches atop a disc-shaped grey collar, gazing downward at its aquatic neighbour. The glass wall is thin enough to let light pass through cleanly, magnifying the interior figurine when the carafe is filled, so the fish shifts subtly in colour and apparent scale depending on the liquid level. Companion tumblers in the set carry their own characters — an amber cat and a white-and-rust cat — each mounted on the same invisible internal stem. Together the pieces form a coherent cast of characters that can be arranged as a still-life tableau on a shelf or pressed into daily use without losing any of their sculptural personality. The overall silhouette is disciplined and architectural: a straight-sided cylinder with a gently rounded shoulder, the kind of form that disappears into a table setting and lets the interior creature do all the talking.
