Christmas Tales Clear Glass Footed Cup

A footed glass cup that treats a wrapped gift box as structural anatomy rather than surface decoration. The stem of each cup is interrupted by a miniature colored-glass gift parcel — cobalt blue with a white ribbon, forest green with a red ribbon, or blush pink with a gold bow — fused directly into the transparent column that connects the ribbed, flared bowl to the scallop-edged base. Clear borosilicate glass throughout means the gift motif reads as a small sculpture suspended mid-air when the cup is empty, and amplifies visually through the refraction of liquid when filled. The ribbed bowl tapers outward at the rim with a rolled, wave-cut edge; the handle is a clean loop of the same clear glass. The whole object occupies the uncanny territory between functional drinkware and a collectible glass figure — a Christmas still life you drink from.
