Earthbound Form Stone-Look Resin Decorative Mirror

A decorative mirror that refuses the conventions of its category. The frame is constructed from resin worked to replicate the fractured, layered surface of raw stone — ridges, compressions, and irregular undulations that catch raking light and shift in character depending on the angle of view. The glass itself is set within a wavy, organic aperture that echoes the frame's own unsettled geometry, so the boundary between frame and mirror feels negotiated rather than ruled. Available in a warm sandy brown that reads as excavated earth and a deep obsidian black whose faceted relief absorbs light into pockets of shadow. A serrated wall-mount bracket is fixed to the reverse, allowing the piece to hang flat against a wall; the back surface, visible in close detail shots, carries the same tactile materiality as the front — nothing is hidden or resolved to a clean finish. Photographed on dark espresso surfaces against a textured plaster wall, alongside candles, grooming objects, and drapery, the mirror operates as both a functional object and a sculptural specimen — a fragment of geology domesticated into the everyday ritual of a dressing table.
