* If an artwork is up for auction, collectors can place an unlimited number of bids on it, and the highest bidder will win. * For a public sale, prices are set prior to the start of the sale. Collectors may instantly purchase an NFT during early access, or when the sale becomes available to the general public. Due to the limited nature of the artworks, these NFTs are sold on a first come, first served basis.

What is the difference between an auction and public sale?

The gas fee is a transaction fee for using Ethereum. It’s paid in Ether and varies depending on the current demand on the blockchain, meaning it may be higher during peak hours (similar to ride-sharing services).

Why is there a gas fee?

Yes. You may need to pay a gas fee on top of the fixed sale price. While paying gas fees is a standard part of the transaction in the NFT community, we are aiming to improve the experience and ensure that we are more transparent about the fees associated with collecting NFTs via TRLab in the future.

Are there additional fees for purchasing an NFT?

* Our entire platform operates on the time of the Ethereum block, which is in turn operated by Smart Contract on-chain – not real o'clock time. Sales will only begin when the latest block time of ETH reaches the sale start time.
* The block time of the blockchain is uncertain because it changes, but the current average block time is about 13 seconds. After the countdown, the artwork page on our site will automatically update. Regardless of how long it takes to wait for the next block, it is the same and fair to every collector. Why do you use "block time" for the countdown to sales and time to mint?

Do I have to have cryptocurrency to purchase an NFT from TRLab?

TRLab is a decentralized platform (Dapp), meaning payments are all controlled by Smart Contracts. Because of this, we can only accept cryptocurrencies.

Why should I collect NFTs from TRLab?

Perpetual royalties for artists and institutions are standard for crypto art. The 10% fee ensures that the artists we work with are fairly compensated when their work changes hands.

Why do you charge a fee for secondary sales?

They are as safe as your crypto wallet. Use a strong Mnemonic Phrase and Private Key, and never share either with anyone else. You may also consider using a hardware wallet for enhanced protection.

Are my NFTs safe and secure?

Yes, and yes. You can transfer directly via crypto wallets – but you may incur gas and other fees.

Can I transfer my NFTs to someone else? Are there fees for doing so?

All of your artworks will automatically be added to your wallet. You can view them in your profile as well.

How do I see my entire NFT collection?

Click "Connect wallet" in the menu on our site. If you purchased your NFT by clicking "Buy Now", you will see your NFT in your wallet automatically. If you won an auction, you must click "Claim Your NFT" to get your NFT into your wallet.

Once I’ve purchased NFTs, how do I get them?

Do I need to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) before collecting?

* The future value depends on the market, and is not controlled by centralized institutions.
