Glass Menagerie Clear and Tinted Glass Dessert Bowl

A clear borosilicate glass dessert bowl balanced on a sculpted animal figure — turtle, hedgehog, rabbit, or coral — that reads simultaneously as functional pedestal and miniature glass sculpture. The bowl itself is thin-walled and high-clarity, with a gently rolled rim and a wide, open mouth suited to fruit, desserts, or cold drinks. The animal base is rendered in saturated translucent color — amber, forest green, dusty violet, blush pink, opaque white — and when liquid is added, the refraction of water through the clear stem causes the figure beneath to appear magnified and optically distorted, as though it is suspended inside the bowl rather than beneath it. Seven colorways are available: green turtle, amber turtle, purple hedgehog, amber hedgehog, pink rabbit, white rabbit, and blue coral. The glass is rated for temperatures between 0°C and 100°C and is noted as suitable for refrigerator storage. Not for oven use.
