All orders will be shipped using SF Express.

Once you receive an email that your order has shipped, you can track it via the SF Express website or app.

• Go to https://htm.sf-express.com/hk and click Log in/Register in the top right corner
• Select Account to log in using the phone number that you used to place the order
• After you have logged in, select Track & Trace
• Select I Received and select your order to see details

App Instructions:

• Search SF EXPRESS in APP Store HK or Android Store HK and download to your device
• Select your region as Hong Kong and the language you prefer
• Login with a password or phone - if you select phone, please enter the phone number that you used to place the order
• Click Tracking on the bottom left
• You will be able to track your order by selecting Receiving

Can I choose my charm?

This is a blind-box product, so the charm you receive within your can will be a surprise!

There are nine different charms available shown above, each with varying rarities.

We'll announce more detailed information about the rarities after the sale has ended.

The charms can be used to adorn your favorite bag, hang on your phone or keys, or simply be displayed along with your can for all your friends to see!
